10-Day Exchange & Refund Policy
Our ultimate focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with the product, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving it. The refund will be credited to your Carver account once the product has been returned under our 10-day money-back policy. You can either make another purchase with the same amount or have the money refunded to your bank account. Once we receive the return, we will initiate a refund within 3-5 working days.
This policy is not applicable to custom-made or order-based jewelry.
- The refund will be processed to your bank account for cash on delivery orders.
- The amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) for prepaid orders.

Lifetime Exchange Policy.
We have a lifetime exchange and buy-back in place. This is applicable to all purchases that are made from Jewels By Carver, within India. All you have to do is ensure you return the original product along with the certificate and invoice.
Gold: 100% of the gold/platinum weight at the current value.
Diamond: up to 5 years, 90% of the bill diamond value (Below 0.20 cents).
Diamond: 90% value at the prevailing diamond rate after 5 years (Below 0.20 cents).

Diamond: up to 5 years, 80% of the bill diamond value (Below 0.20 cents).
Diamond: 80% value at the prevailing diamond rate after 5 years (Below 0.20 cents).
